About the role
Own the systems that get AFTERSMOKE™ into more hands. You'll open and grow the partnerships and channels that help us reach new customers, and run the day-to-day operations behind them.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new distribution partners, and grow those relationships over time.
- Manage partner accounts from first conversation through ongoing orders.
- Oversee inventory planning, fulfillment, and logistics so product is where it needs to be.
- Build the processes and reporting that keep operations running smoothly as we grow.
- Track performance and share clear, regular updates with leadership.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations, distribution, sales, or account management, ideally in consumer products.
- A track record of opening and growing accounts or partnerships.
- Strong organization and follow-through, and comfort owning outcomes while working remotely.
- Clear, confident communication, written and spoken.
- Experience in wellness or supplements is a plus.

About the role
Be the voice that opens doors for AFTERSMOKE™. This role is about outreach: earning press, building real relationships with media and creators, and turning those conversations into lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead outreach to press, podcasts, and publications: story angles, pitches, and follow-through.
- Build and keep strong relationships with editors, journalists, and hosts.
- Find, pitch, and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, and like-minded brands, from first contact through campaign wrap.
- Carry our judgment-free story into every pitch and partnership, with claims that stay accurate and compliant.
- Track coverage, partnership results, and your outreach pipeline, and report on what is working.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in PR, partnerships, business development, or influencer relations.
- Existing media and creator relationships, and a track record of placements or partnerships you are proud of.
- A persuasive writer and communicator who is comfortable picking up the phone and following up.
- Working knowledge of FTC endorsement guidelines and the care wellness brands need in their claims.
- A feel for our audience and our sense of humor is a plus.
