Short version: we collect the minimum needed to ship your order and run this site, and we don't sell your data. Longer version below.

What We Collect

If you use the support chat, contact us by email, or place an order, we collect what's needed to respond or fulfill it: name, email, shipping address, and order details. We don't store payment card numbers ourselves; that's handled directly by our payment processor.

How We Use It

To respond to questions, process and ship orders, send order and shipping confirmations, and improve the site. Nothing here is used to build an ad profile of you.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, period. Any service we use (payment processing, fulfillment, email) only receives what it needs to do that specific job.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses your browser's local session storage for a small number of functional things, like not showing the first-order popup again after you've dismissed or claimed it, and remembering your cart selection while you browse. None of this is used for third-party ad tracking, and it stays on your device.

Third-Party Services

Order fulfillment is handled by Supliful, and checkout and payment processing are handled by Shopify. Each only receives the information necessary to fulfill or process your order.

Your Rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, request it be corrected, or request it be deleted, at any time, by emailing support@aftersmoke.co.
