All Sales Are Final

Outside that 30-day window — including subscription shipments after the first — all sales are final. Because of the personal, consumable nature of this product, we're not able to accept returns or issue refunds once the guarantee period has passed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out at no cost to you.
