The AFTERSMOKE™ name, logo, label, packaging, and site content are the exclusive property of Sanders Holdings LLC. They are protected under U.S. federal trademark law, and we enforce those rights.
Our Trademarks
AFTERSMOKE™ and the AFTERSMOKE logo are trademarks of Sanders Holdings LLC, protected under U.S. federal trademark law, including the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.), and applicable state law. No one may use, copy, or imitate them, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.
Zero Tolerance
We do not allow anyone to use our name, our logo, or anything confusingly similar to either. That covers products, packaging, websites, domain names, social media handles, ads, marketplace listings, and resale. It includes lookalike names and logos, knockoff or counterfeit products, and any use that suggests a partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with us that does not exist.
What Happens If You Do
Unauthorized use will be met with legal action. We will pursue every remedy the law allows. That can include infringement and takedown reports to marketplaces, ad platforms, hosting providers, and social networks, cease-and-desist demands, and lawsuits for trademark infringement, false designation of origin, and unfair competition. In court we will seek injunctions, monetary damages, the profits earned from the infringement, and legal costs where the law permits. We do not repeat warnings.
Our Content
The text, photography, product design, packaging, and site design on aftersmoke.co belong to us or are used under license. This includes the label design, bottle photography, and the copy on every page of this site. Copying or republishing any of it without our written consent is a violation, and we will treat it as one.
Authorized Use
Approved affiliates, creators, retailers, and press may use our name and assets only within the scope of their approval or program terms. Nothing on this site grants you a license to our trademarks, and all rights are reserved. If you want to use our name or assets anywhere else, ask first by emailing support@aftersmoke.co and include how and where you'd like to use them.
Reporting Misuse
If you see our name, logo, or content used without our permission, or someone selling a fake as us, tell us right away at support@aftersmoke.co. Include links and screenshots if you can. We take every report seriously.
